Our Story

Manage My Courses was born from a simple observation: training providers spend too much time on administration and not enough time on training. Founded by a team with deep experience in the training industry, we set out to build a platform that truly understands the challenges training providers face.

We started by listening to training providers across the UK, from one-person operations delivering safety qualifications to multi-site organisations running hundreds of sessions each month. The same frustrations kept coming up: fragmented spreadsheets, double-booked sessions, lost invoices, and hours wasted on admin that could be spent training.

Today, we serve training providers of all sizes across the UK, from independent trainers to large training organisations with multiple locations and thousands of learners.
